Maryland's Department of Human Resources has developed a list of Food Resources by Region. Click here to find your county and the available food programs.

Maryland Food Bank's website lists partners and sites where you can access food. Click here for more information and to enter your zipcode in their form to search for nearby Maryland Food Bank partner organizations such as food pantries and soup kitchens.

Maryland Hunger Solutions is offering assistance to people who want to apply for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Anyone can call their toll free phone number 866-821-5552 from anywhere in Maryland, leave a message, and staff will call back to schedule an appointment that can be done from home.

Maryland Summer Meals Site Search is an interactive map to find schools offering free meals across Maryland.

The Annapolis Senior Center is providing free meals (drive-thru) each Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meals must be preordered by calling the Department of Aging at 410-222-0256.

Food Rescue Baltimore is still operating their food giveaways and will update their Facebook page if their schedule changes.

Baltimore Rec&Parks
will provide grab-and-go meals from 2PM-7PM at various sites.

Bunches of Lunches
will distribute food at the Ynot Lot. They have bilingual instructions on their Facebook page for giving and requesting food.

Caring Cupboard LLC
assists families in Anne Arundel County. Caring Cupboard will be providing food to families in need. They will make arrangements for delivery if necessary. Email us at contact@caringcupboardllc.com.

is committed to helping reduce food insecurity and reducing food waste by directly transferring fresh, usable food that would have otherwise been thrown away from grocers, restaurants, and other food industry sources to food insecure families throughout our local communities.


Frederick Rescue Mission is offering meals to go and their food distribution center is open, with some restrictions.

Frederick Community Action Agency's Soup Kitchen is operating with carry out and their food bank is open on limited hours.

Montgomery County Food Council's website lists food resources in the county.

The MD Department of Human Services, The MD Department of Disabilities, the Salvation Army, 2-1-1 Maryland and other partners are collaborating to supplement existing programs for people with disabilities who may be experiencing food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. To connect with these feeding opportunities, constituents should call 2-1-1. The 2-1-1 call specialist will connect the caller to a variety of statewide program options.

Consider checking with your local church and other faith based groups for their food panty or assistance programs.
