To meet the needs of the ever-changing Montgomery County population, Family Services has expanded and now houses 14 different programs! Today, Family Services is still committed to making a long-lasting impact on families.Through its innovative early childhood, educational, and behavioral health programs, Family Services makes a difference in the community.

It's becoming a nationwide movement to include financial capability services into multiple social services programs. This integration model shows impressive results in helping clients build financial stability. Attend this interactive training to learn an overview of the CFED Integration Toolkit and how it can help increase your agency's ability to provide or connect to a variety of financial capability services.

    Training Objectives are:

    • Understand the elements of integration and planning by coming to a common language and definition.

    • Describe the push/pull influences that impact how CBOs plan for new programs and services.

    • List the aspects of planning that are often taking place before a group embarks on a process like that laid out in the Guide and define the four sections for planning and core ideas that support each in the Guide.

Analyze completed tools in the Guide from recent CFED projects, highlighting what the completed work conveys.

This training is hosted by AAHC.  For any questions regarding this training, please email Sue Rogan, sue@mdcash.org
